Qanat Quartier 04 | BIM Coordination & Execution

BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination and execution case study for QQ04 (P148) – Qanat Quartier Residential Development. The project involved coordinated architectural, structural, interior design and MEP BIM workflows across a large mixed residential development. My scope included BIM model development and integration, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection and resolution, technical and constructability reviews, coordinated drawing production, consultant submission management, rooftop and leisure-facility coordination, and support for site-driven modifications and construction deliverables. The project demonstrates the use of BIM as an integrated project-delivery process connecting design information, technical coordination, constructability and site implementation.
