ABC Verdun Mall | BIM & Technical Coordination

BIM and technical coordination case study for ABC Verdun Mall, a major mixed-use retail development in Beirut, Lebanon, and an important milestone in my professional journey as my first formal BIM project. Working as part of the project delivery team, my role combined BIM coordination with the broader construction experience I had developed through quantity surveying, project controls and technical support. I contributed to multidisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines while supporting the connection between design information and construction execution. My responsibilities included BIM and technical coordination, shop drawing review, RFIs, variation orders and claims, quantity surveying, consultant and subcontractor coordination, progress reporting, technical workshops, site supervision support and coordination of project documentation. The project gave me early hands-on experience using BIM within a complex construction environment.
