Naval Base | BIM Coordination & Delivery

Large-scale BIM coordination and model-based delivery case study for a major naval base development in Qatar, comprising more than 250 concrete and steel structures. My role focused on architectural BIM coordination, model development and technical documentation, supporting the transition from design information to coordinated construction deliverables. Responsibilities included development and coordination of Revit models, multidisciplinary technical coordination, model-based shop drawing production, clash review, Revit family and template management, CAD/Revit interoperability, and coordination of project information. I also led a production team of approximately 25 Revit and AutoCAD draftsmen, establishing consistent modeling and documentation workflows to support coordinated project delivery across a development of significant scale and complexity.
